Preparation of Add Health Parent Study Proposal

Preparation of Add Health Parent Study Proposal
This pilot supports the development of the Add Health Parent Study grant proposal. The Add Health Parent Study is a Duke/UNC joint survey effort to collect and analyze data on the social, behavioral, and biological traits of parents of respondents in the ongoing National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health (Add Health).

With a special focus on the important role of intergenerational linkages, the Add Health Parent Study data provides an unprecedented, nationally representative population-based data resource for a broad-based research agenda that includes health, functionality, and health behaviors; cognitive functioning, personality traits and preferences; and family support, ties of obligation and relationship quality.
