REVES 25th Annual Meeting, May 27-29 at UT Austin

Réseau Espérance de Vie en Santé (REVES), the international network on health expectancies and the disablement process, invites you to submit abstracts for the network’s 25th meeting at the University of Texas at Austin, May 27, 2013 – May 29, 2013. The deadline for submitting abstracts is February 15, 2013. 

REVES is an international organization that promotes the use of health expectancy as a key metric of population health. REVES members are actively engaged in the definition, measurement, and comparison of population health metrics locally and globally. The REVES network was originally formed in 1989 by the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM, Montpelier), the Social Affairs Council, Quebec, Canada, and the Center for Demographic Studies, Durham, North Carolina, United States. REVES now includes over 150 scientists and policy makers representing 30 countries worldwide as well as a wide range of scientific disciplines including demography, epidemiology, gerontology, sociology, psychology, public health, health economics, medicine, biology, and statistics.
