Have some recent work that bridges systems sciences approaches and some aspects of health disparities or population health? You will have an opportunity to share that work with other conference participants at Poster Sessions. To submit a poster, please include your poster information on the registration form, including the title, author(s) and an abstract (250 words or less). While we know there is a lot of great work going on and encourage you to submit a poster, space limitations will mean that not all can be accepted. You will be notified by email no later than February 1, 2014 on whether or not your abstract has been accepted for the Poster Session.
