Duke University Population Research Institute (DUPRI) Research Scholar Terrie Moffitt and Leah Richmond-Rakerd co-host the Signe Hald Andersen lecture on September 17. Dr. Andersen, PhD Sociology, is Head of Research and Deputy Head of the Rockwool Foundation in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Her lecture is entitled Diverse childhood experiences affect adult outcomes in Danish admin data N-=600,000, but age at exposure matters.
Andersen's research areas include placement of children outside the home, crime, unemployment, effects of active labor market policy, social and economic processes in families, and quantitative sociology.
